What skills and experience we're looking for

Aylesford School is seeking to appoint an experienced, inspiring and enthusiastic teacher of Science, all specialisms welcomed to assist in the leadership of a highly qualified and well-motivated team. The right candidate will join a well-resourced Science department in a school that is committed to staff induction, support and investment.

Suitable candidates will have excellent academic qualifications and an innovative teaching style. Your passion for your subject will be clear to the students and you will have an ability to build, develop and maintain strong and positive relationships with all students, parents and colleagues alike. As part of a successful department, you will need to have a passion for teaching first class lessons and be prepared to contribute to the wider life of the school.
