Second in Science job summary
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding teacher of science who will share our determination to transform the life chances of our students. We are looking for a highly effective colleague who works hard and has high standards, with the ability to lead and inspire colleagues. You will be joining Breckland School at an exciting time in the science faculty. Science is a thriving subject at Breckland School which is amongst the highest achieving in the school.
The successful candidate will support the Head of Faculty in leading subject improvement and development. The successful candidate will teach all sciences at Key Stage 3. Key Stage 4 teaching commitments will be discussed at interview. You need to have flair and passion for your subject and be able to inspire our students to achieve their ambitions. You will have the opportunity to work with like-minded teachers within the faculty. You will have a track-record of consistently outstanding teaching and will have demonstrated impact of your leadership qualities within your current role. We offer excellent CPD opportunities, something we value highly.
