Secondary Director - Inspiration Trust Curriculum Centre, Norwich job summary
The role
We are looking for an experienced leader, with a proven track record, to drive forward standards in our secondaries. The post holder will be passionate about secondary education, will have extensive leadership experience at headship level and ideally experience of system leadership.
You will be a team player and have the confidence to work with principals and senior leaders to provide the support, challenge and expertise needed for successful school improvement.
Requirements
Experienced secondary senior leader (experience of headship and ideally system leadership)
Proven track record of improving standards
Strong knowledge of how to improve educational standards
Commitment to improving outcomes for the most disadvantaged and vulnerable pupils.
Commitment to safeguarding
