Manor Green School is a large and highly successful special school educating some 260 students aged 2-19 who, due to their complex needs, require significant specialist support to succeed academically and achieve their full potential.

The Secondary Link is a child and young person-centered provision within Manor Green School, which is outcome focused to ensure the continued education of students in a supportive and nurturing environment. It caters for students who, because of anxiety, would not receive a suitable full- time education in a mainstream setting.
Secondary Lead Teacher
Main Scale + SEN (London Fringe)
To commence in September 2019, fixed term for 1 year with possible extension
You will teach a group of secondary mainstream students and lead a team of Teachers including their performance management. You must have UK QTS or equivalent.
You will ensure high quality, innovative curriculum and intervention planning for secondary medically vulnerable students and plan outreach intervention and support packages for referred mainstream secondary school students.
You will also plan for and support reintegration of secondary students into mainstream schools. You will also work closely with the students’ families and other professionals.
