The role
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, experienced, and innovative experienced Head of Music to join an ambitious and successful Music department.
Are you the person to stretch, challenge, support and inspire our students in and outside of the classroom?
You will play a highly visible role in the improvement of teaching and learning of all students, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning and in the subject area.
About You
The Head of Department takes a major role in ensuring that the programmes of study within our dynamic Music Department are designed to meet statutory requirements, provide appropriate pace and challenge for all students and include regular opportunities for assessment and review.
The successful candidate will have outstanding subject. We are looking for someone with a work ethic that focuses on student outcomes and with a deep commitment to ongoing formative assessment, who is eager to engage appropriate CPD.
