We are seeking to appoint someone who is flexible, well organised and motivated to manage the Self-Regulation Room.
We want someone who will work in collaboration with the Learning Support Unit and who will be responsible for the leading, developing and managing of the Self-Regulation Room. This involves tracking the academic progress and securing high-quality outcomes for students with behavioural needs and learning difficulties.
Candidates should have:
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including grades 9 to 4 (A* to C) in English and Maths
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in relevant area
- Have experience of working with challenging children
- Have sound practical, interpersonal and organisational skills
