Are you the motivated professional we are looking for to go the extra mile for pupils referred to us?
Edith Cavell Academy is looking for a dynamic Lead Teacher to lead our SEMH Specialist Resource Base (SRB). This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their career or a fresh challenge to join our team and play their part in the expansion of the County’s SRB programme.
The Base operates as a small class of up to 8 pupils staffed with a Lead Teacher, an HLTA and two Teaching Assistants.
We offer a supportive leadership team, extensive training and CPD and a welcoming team of colleagues. Our Lead Teacher is also supported by the County SEMH SRB Advisor and the wider team within the county’s provision.
