SEMH PRACTITIONER Level 3 job summary
We will foster a nurturing environment in which learning is
delivered by a specialist team who promote children's independence and individual growth. The centre will
work hand-in-hand with mainstream schools to provide inclusive, supportive and accessible learning
experiences for children at risk of exclusion. We aim to offer high quality teaching and learning, personalised
educational provision with a clear aim to support pupils to return to their mainstream educational setting and
to develop in them the skills to do this.
