Look no further – Rushey Green School wants YOU to join our team as a Leading Special Needs Teacher for our Resource Base!
As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to:
Lead and develop the amazing children in our SEMH Resource Base, ensuring all their unique needs are addressed and met with compassion and understanding.
Lead a team of dedicated and trained Teaching Assistants, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone thrives.
Initiate the development and implementation of personalised curriculums (using a therapeutic and nurturing approach) for each pupil, ensuring they receive the tailored support they deserve.
Implement day-to-day support arrangements and inclusion strategies for Resource Base children, creating an environment where every child feels valued and supported.
