What skills and experience we're looking for

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team of specialist team of staff supporting young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health issues. This role is based at the Weston-super-Mare site. Although this is the secondary site this would suit a strong primary specialist. Children stay with the same class teacher throughout the day.

What the school offers its staff

Lime Hills Academy is a rapidly progressing and expanding special school for students with Social Emotional and Mental Health difficulties in years 5-11.  The successful candidate will act as both pastoral and curriculum keyworker for a small group of young people delivering a range of subject content and skills. We are looking for candidates with a breadth of experience of working with young people, who are enthusiastic, resilient, highly motivated and are passionate about inclusive education.
