Job Title: SEMH Support Worker

Salary Range: OAT Grade 6 Point 20-25 (£25,029 - £28,248 actual)
37 Hours per week 40 Weeks per year

Purpose: To support the
leadership team to implement effective strategies to promote positive and healthy behaviours through the effective
co-ordination of the SEMH Support Worker
looking for an exemplary pastoral practitioner, who is motivated, enthusiastic,
experienced and committed to supporting young people in the academy
environment. The successful candidate will work with our most vulnerable
students ensuring high standards of behaviour, engagement in learning and
§ Oversee the day to day running of the SEMH area
iai Liaise with SENCO to meet the needs of students with EHC plans or additional
needs for students in SEMH room.
