We are now looking for a highly experienced and skilled 1:1 SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team, who has previous experience of working with children to support their emotional wellbeing and help overcome barriers to learning, such as those with learning difficulties or specific emotional and behavioural needs.

This full time position is term time only from 8:30am to 3:30pm including a Midday supervisory role. The pay scale for the role will be H3 to H4, dependent on experience and the Midday Supervisory role will be paid on pay scale HB.

Classroom duties include teaching groups, planning activities, maintaining the high standards of behaviour and classroom management we expect and supporting the social and emotional needs of the children.

As a Midday Supervisory Assistant you will support our Midday Supervision team, ensuring that our children have a safe, positive and enjoyable lunchtime experience.

You will need to be patient, flexible, work in a calm and positive manner, literate and numerate, have initiative and the ability to work as part of a team. In return, we can offer:
