We are seeking for a SEND and Complex Needs Teacher
to be part of the Hatchside School team.
Hatchside School’s ethos is based on the principles of Early Year

schools and settings for children with SEND and become known as a beacon of

enthusiastic Teachers to teach Early Years Foundation Stage/ Key Stage 1

some/little experience in this area of work but wish to develop a career in a
special school environment.
We are looking to appoint a highly
motivated and enthusiastic teacher who:
- Holds QTS
- is self-motivated, resilient and flexible
- has a secure
knowledge and understanding of curriculums – including KS1 National
Curriculum and/or EYFS framework requirements and the implications for
pupils with disabilities and learning difficulties
- is an outstanding
practitioner who can deliver high quality of education for all pupils at
- can build effective, positive relationships
and work collaboratively with all stakeholders including parents/carers,
therapy teams and other specialist services to support the development of
the pupils and ensure the best outcomes possible
- enjoys a challenge
