SEN Class Teacher, The Piper Centre job summary
The Piper Centre is a Specialist Resource Centre catering for
30 pupils in total. Our aim is to make every one of our pupils feel valued and
successful, to achieve and understand themselves as individuals. The children
are at the heart of everything we do, developing academically and socially in
our friendly environment which offers safety and security whilst nurturing confidence
and independence.
We are excited to offer an opportunity an SEN
Teacher to join our friendly team. You
will be responsible for teaching children with special educational needs,
undertaking related pastoral and administrative duties, and understanding and
incorporating all areas of pupils Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP) in
day-to-day provision.
It is essential that the successful
applicants are either QTS/NQT qualified and have proven experience working with
children with special needs. Please see the job description for full details of
