The successful candidate will:
- have high expectations of achievement, attainment and behaviour
- be an excellentPeripatetic SEN TA EYFS with SEND Specialismwith potential to develop further in the Trust
- lead by example, inspiring and motivating children and colleagues
- have a commitment to supporting & developing the learning of pupils with SEND
- support the Head of Inclusion and Trust Leader Complex SEND in implementing the hub vision
- be committed to working partnership with all stakeholders including parents and external agencies
