The successful candidate will: 

  • have high expectations of achievement, attainment and behaviour 
  • be an excellentPeripatetic SEN TA EYFS with SEND Specialismwith potential to develop further in the Trust 
  • lead by example, inspiring and motivating children and colleagues 
  • have a commitment to supporting & developing the learning of pupils with SEND 
  • support the Head of Inclusion and Trust Leader Complex SEND in implementing the hub vision  
  • be committed to working partnership with all stakeholders including parents and external agencies

Applicants should be excellent practitioners who are innovative and creative in their approach to learning
