- We are looking for an experienced teacher ready for the next step in their career, or an existing lead practitioner looking for a change. As well as a proven ability as an excellent teacher who engages and motivates young people, you will have experience of quality assurance and line management.

Full-time equivalent salary
- Between £44,523 and £46,778 (dependent on experience)
What skills and experience we're looking for
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Conductive Education and/or willingness to learn about and develop practice with regard to Conductive Education.
- Strategies to teach students with special educational needs and disabilities.
- The use of technology for student learning and in enabling access to teaching, learning and the environment.
- The statutory National Curriculum requirements.
- The monitoring, assessment, recording and reporting of students’ progress.
- The statutory requirements regarding Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, SEN and Child Protection
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Use of effective strategies to motivate children and/or young people.
- Create a happy, challenging, and effective learning environment.
- Respond positively to change and work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work within a transdisciplinary team.

Ingfield Manor School is an established special school for students aged 3–19 years with neurological motor impairment such as cerebral palsy and associated sensory and medical needs.
Our new Woodview provision supports secondary young people with social communication difficulties. This service is personalised to meet the individual needs and will continue to develop in the coming years.
