There is expectation that Learning Support Assistants are able to respond to the needs of the children and adapt their support appropriately in a responsive way. Whether you are new to the role or have experience to bring, you will receive coaching and mentoring from experienced teachers and leaders in the academy and trust to ensure that you are supported in all aspects of what you do.

What we are looking for:

  • Knowledge of child safeguarding procedures

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • The ability to build effective relationships with students, parents and other staff

  • Have a good understanding of behaviour management strategies

Why work with us:
