SEN Learning Support Assistant job summary
We are
looking for confident, inclusive and caring people to join our team and support
our children across the school with a variety of needs. We have a position
available and depending on the skillset and experience, this will be to work in
either EYFS or Key Stage 1 with children that have a specific area of need
e.g. Communication and Interaction
(including ASD), Cognition and Learning, Social, Emotional and Mental Health
needs, Sensory and/or Physical needs.
This
will include working in close partnership with the class and cohort team to
adapt provision for the child and ensure they have access to the curriculum, as
well as with supportive external agencies and the SENCO. The successful
candidates will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge around meeting
SEN needs in a school setting.

Contract Type: The role will be a one year fixed term role
Hours: 27.5 hrs per week, exact times to be
agreed with the successful applicants, term-time only.
Salary: Grade 6 £24,684-26,845 (Actual
Pro-rata’d salary - £15,700 - £17,074)
