What skills and experience we're looking for

Do you have working knowledge and understanding of how to identify and meet the needs of children with special educational needs?

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking to appoint a qualified SEN Support Officer to organise and manage pupils working in our Personalised Learning Centre to implement bespoke work programmes and remove barriers to learning. We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of the education system and recent and upcoming developments within Personal Development, behaviour and welfare including SEN. You should also be committed to promoting and maintaining positive relationships with external agencies to improve outcomes for young people.
