SEN TA Level 3 - 27.5 hours per week, term time only.

Starting Date : 4th January 2024 or as close as possible.

Burford C of E Primary School are looking to appoint a committed, talented, specialised SEN Teaching Assistant to join our successful friendly team.

We are seeking to appoint a SEN Teaching Assistant who:

Has specialist knowledge of interventions and strategies to support children on the SEN register

Has a flexible approach and ability to work as part of a team

Is willing to participate fully in all aspects of school life

Can assess and record the impact of interventions and report to the SENDCo.

Can work closely, communicating effectively, with an experienced and skilled SENDCo and classteachers and other staff

Has the ability to think on their feet and use their initiative

Is motivated , passionate and reflective about their work

Has a commitment to professional development and the skills to engage positively with practitioners, parents/carers and families
