About the Job:
We wish to appoint a part-time SEN teacher to teach across KS3 and KS4.

We are seeking a teacher who is:
Knowledge of the Secondary Curriculum
Successful secondary teaching experience is desirable
Has knowledge of effective teaching and learning strategies with regard to SEN students
Ability to build effective working relationships with pupils and adapt teaching to meet their needs.
Ability to foster a pupils’ self-image and promote their self-esteem
Ability to use data to inform planning and delivery of interventions
Ability to supervise support staff assigned to classroom delivery
Ability to work with colleagues and other professional staff within the school
Ability to produce high standard reports and feedback in a timely manner
Knowledge of guidance and requirements around safeguarding children
Good ICT skills, particularly using ICT to support learning
