SEN Teacher job summary
The role will involve you leading the teaching and learning within the provision, as well as playing a critical role in shaping the provision moving forward. You will liaise with a range of outside agencies as well as key leaders within the Trust, to ensure that children can achieve.
Although you will be employed centrally by HCAT, you will become part of the Dorchester Team and support senior leaders in making the provision the best it can be.
