The provision will work closely with external agencies as well as our own in-house support services e.g Speech and Language Therapists to develop an approach that best supports the pupils' needs.
As the provision develops, it will offer outreach support to Trust academies to enable the successful transition of these pupils back into their mainstream classrooms.
We will offer the successful candidate a comprehensive programme of CPD and enable them to provide outreach support, in the form of coaching around behaviour management and strategies to best support SEN pupils.
