Main Scale M1 to M6 plus SEN point of £2270 per annum
32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Initially based within St Lawrence School, Horncastle and St Bernard’s School, Louth
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and creative practitioner, to join our fantastic team, within our Federation. As multi-disciplinary practitioners, we hold high expectations and a community wide commitment to supporting the development of our young people, through a culture based on relational, restorative and solution focused practice, with a wide range of learning difficulties, ranging from moderate to severe/profound and complex, including SEMH and ASD.
Within the role you will work as part of the team in meeting students at their point of need. You will hold responsibility for a class group, as well as working with colleagues in areas of school improvement, linking directly to curriculum and student outcomes, across the 4 areas of need. We are particularly interested in colleagues with any experiences in the creation / delivery of a world of work curriculum and / or delivery of a curriculum offer to students with PMLD.
This is a great opportunity to start or further your teaching career within an environment based on a coaching culture and a commitment to staff personal and professional learning and development.
