What skills and experience we're looking for
Walton Hall Academy is located just outside of Eccleshall, Staffordshire, in a rural setting with extensive grounds and amazing facilities. We are a generic special school catering for the needs of secondary aged students up to the age of 19. We support a diverse cohort of students with a range of SEND. Our students are referred to us from Staffordshire and neighbouring Local Authorities.
We are seeking to appoint 2 highly skilled, versatile, and inspirational classroom teachers to join our team at Walton Hall Academy. One role is for a general SEN teacher, for which experience of delivering a wide range of subjects, of having worked with a range of different age groups and having previous SEN teaching experience are all things that would further support an application. The other role is more subject specific to the teaching of English. Candidates are encouraged and welcome to visit the Academy.
