Pupils in The Bridge School have severe learning difficulties and many have autism. Every child and young person is an individual and we work hard to tailor our curriculum to meet their needs.

Purpose of the post
This job description should be read alongside the range of duties of teachers set out in the annual School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document.

• To direct and coordinate the work of Support Staff in their class team or curriculum group.
