As part of The Partnership Trust, The
Mendip School is a school for children aged 4-19 with Autism and Speech
Language and Communication Needs. Our Vision, co-produced with pupils, staff

Not all Super Heroes wear capes…some teach. Are you a passionate Teacher who can support with our vision and make a real difference to children’s lives? Natalie our Headteacher and her Senior Leadership Team are always looking for super people to join them, and right now are looking to appoint a hardworking and dedicated Class Teacher.
Applicants from specialist and mainstream settings are encouraged. The position will be an excellent opportunity for colleagues looking for a new challenge in their teaching career. This role is offered with Subject Lead TLR for English.

At our school the curriculum is aided by therapeutic interventions and the environment the school and staff create. The Mendip School is part of the multi-academy trust partnership known as The Partnership Trust. This status allows the school to be more autonomous and to focus on initiatives that raise aspiration and achievement for children and young people.

Students are taught in small groups, usually with more than one member of staff in attendance.
