What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who
- is a highly effective team player who is experienced working with SEN children
- can provide learning and care support for pupils with special educational needs
- actively supports pupils with routines, transitions and behaviour management
- enjoys supporting children and strives for excellence and enjoyment
- actively supports teaching staff to raise standards
- believes that every child should be given the opportunity to reach their true potential
- is committed to the safety and well-being of all pupils
- has excellent interpersonal, organisation, communication and time management skills
- will adhere to and support whole school policies and practices
