What skills and experience we're looking for
- We are looking to appoint an experienced and
high calibre Teaching Assistant to support our SEN pupils.
- To be an effective communicator.
To have a knowledge of wider community inclusion for children with special educational needs and an interest in developing a career in education.
To have relevant GCSE, ‘A’ level or graduate qualifications or equivalent.
To have the ability to recognise the range and implications of factors that impact pupil behaviour.
To have the ability to provide a structured activity within a group setting.
The ability to have effective time management, planning and collaboration.
The ability to summarise and present information from observations of pupil performance.
To have the ability to adapt or modify interactions to meet pupil needs.
