We are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who is an enthusiastic and committed individual who shares our values, to start as soon as possible.
Experience of the nurturing approach as well as knowledge of the Solihull Approach would be advantageous.
We are friendly and supportive, with a superb team ethos, committed to promoting excellent learning.

You will demonstrate resilience, patience, calmness and composure; be flexible and adaptable; be literate and numerate to GCSE standard and have relevant experience, preferably with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
