SEND Teaching Assistant
Grade: B from £17,302 per annum (actual)
Contract: 32.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (fixed term until 31st August 2025)- Flexible hours will be considered

About this Role

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with SEND children We are looking for supportive, caring and enthusiastic people to join us as Teaching Assistants and who are able to engage and communicate well, and able to model the school expectations. Flexibility, a willingness to uphold our values and manage change as our school develops are key skills required for TA posts at Chestnuts.
Good basic literacy and math’s skills are essential for this post. In your application, please specify your individual skills and strengths including any interventions, specialist provision or training you have undertaken. We are able to offer imaginative and motivated children, an excellent learning environment and friendly and supportive staff with a wealth of CPD opportunities across the trust.
