What the school offers its staff

We welcome applications from all sections of the community; it is by building a strong and inclusive workforce that we can best support the children in our care.

Our school is a welcoming, inclusive family school with a strong Christian ethos, a sense of community and a commitment to achieve the very best for each and every child in our care.

At the core of everything we do is the safety and happiness of our children. We want to ensure that each one of the children is engaged, enthusiastic, secure and confident in their learning. We achieve this by nurturing each child's uniqueness and personalising their individual learning and social needs in order to become lifelong learners.

We provide a nurturing environment that allows pupils and staff to develop and work in a supportive and collaborative environment. We offer Forest School and have a fully trained Forest School Leader. We have adopted a whole school approach called ’Thrive’ which supports all of our pupils with their emotional health, well-being and social skills; all of which form a solid foundation for learing to take place.

Commitment to safeguarding

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We follow safer recruitment practices and appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check.
