SEND Teaching Assistant
• Hours: 32.5 hours per week - Part time will be considered for the right candidate
• Weeks: 38 weeks per year
• Salary: Scale Surrey S3 (full time equivalent £18,013 - £18,957). Salary offer to be determined depending on qualifications and experience
• Actual Salary Pro Rata from £13,878 (S3.1, 32.5 hour week)
• Duration: Fixed Term to 31/08/2022 with a view to becoming permanent
• Closing Date: 14/11/2021 (midnight)

Do you have what it takes to make a significant contribution to our school?
We are looking for a SEND TA’s who will enable our children to access the curriculum and ensure outcomes are met by providing highly effective targeted provision, care and support for children with additional needs, throughout the school day.
As part of your role, you will, under the direction of a teacher and SENCo, support the learning of individuals and groups of pupils as identified in the weekly curriculum planning and create an educational environment that will strive to support the pupil's full potential.
This role will include attending to the pupils’ personal needs including toileting, hygiene, dressing and eating, as well as help with social, emotional, welfare and health matters.

Interviews will include a task and/or observation. The panel will include Deputy Headteacher, DSL and EYFS & KS1 SENCo and Deputy DSL.
