What skills and experience we're looking for

Great Hollands Primary School is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant with SEN experience.

The successful candidate will be hard working and committed, and will be able to inspire, motivate and encourage children, specifically those with additional needs.

You will need to be able to demonstrate;

  • The ability to respond appropriately to the wide-ranging needs of the pupils particularly SEN children
  • The ability to adapt the learning according to the children’s needs
  • The ability to deal with challenging pupil behaviour in an effective and supportive way
  • A caring and patient disposition
  • Flexibility and the ability to work on your own initiative
