What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a teaching assistant with the special skills, knowledge and passion to support, primarily, a Reception child with autism. The successful applicant will have the desire to make a real difference to the educational outcomes and is proactive in developing his/her own skills in learning how best to support children with SEN. Our new colleague will be able to work as part of a highly functioning team and have the desire to add to the greater work of the school.
