The successful TA will be experienced in working with children with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and their families. They will be confident in working with professionals from other agencies. They will have outstanding practice, and demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

The TA will work within our SRP, under the direction of the Teacher in Charge as part of the existing Inclusion Team. They will implement exciting, innovative strategies and interventions that will engage pupils within the SRP and have a significant impact on progress. They will help ensure provision closely matches the needs of each individual as outlined in their Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). • Be committed to our nurturing ethos in order to grow confident and happy learners
  • Be patient and solution focussed in order to secure the best outcomes for each individual
  • Enjoy being an active part of a dynamic, focussed team
