What skills and experience we're looking for
Are you:
- passionate, fun and creative;
- caring, committed and motivated for yourself and others;
- experienced working with children (although this is not essential);
- adaptable with a can-do attitude;
- great at working in a team with initiative to work independently to support children in achieving their best;
- literate and numerate with exam passes to evidence this;
- able to establish supportive, caring and secure relationships with children, promoting respect, self-esteem and a positive, inclusive whole school ethos;
- able to lead intervention groups in order to support learning or any emotional, social or behavioural needs of any children;
- provide effective feedback to children and teachers including appropriate marking and record keeping to support the learning process.
