You will need:

An inclusive attitude and high expectations

Experience of supporting the development of children with SEND

Experience of supporting communication and language development

To be able to work as a team and independently

To be able to adapt your communication style to communicate with parents, professionals, staff etc.

Experience and skills to manage a wide range of behaviours using positive behaviour strategies
