We are seeking energetic and dedicated people who enjoy supporting children with additional needs to join our dynamic team working within the mainstream classroom setting and our specialist additional resourced base.

The successful candidates will:

  • Have a good standard of written and spoken English
  • Be motivated and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Be resilient, flexible and proactive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support under the guidance of our experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo).
  • Work as part of a dynamic team to facilitate an inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with personal care needs ensuring the dignity and respect of all students.
  • Implement customised learning activities and monitor student progress.
  • Contribute to the development of support plans that cater to individual student needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an educational setting is advantageous but not essential
