We are looking to recruit an SEN Teaching Assistant to support the educational outcomes of our EYFS pupils. We are looking for an experienced TA with a proven track record of supporting pupils with a high level of need. The ideal candidate will have:
The minimum of a Level 2 Diploma or equivalent, with proficient practical skill
Experience of working in Early Years
● Support the teaching and learning of an individual with SEN
Be aware of the SEND Code of
Practice
Knowledge of a range of primary school
interventions and provisions
Good interpersonal and communication skills,
with the ability to work well as part of a team
