What skills and experience we're looking for
An ideal candidate will have:
- a level two qualification in both English and Maths, or equivalent the experience.
- a patient and focused attitude towards the educational development ofchildren
- willingness to support and contribute effectively towards the learning.
- experience in working in an education setting, classroom management and working with children of a relevant age
A level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalentwould be a distinct advantage as well as experience with working with pupils who have additional needs.
