We pride ourselves on our innovative provision for SEMH, ASD and other complex learning needs.

Governors are looking for a highly effective, compassionate and forward thinking leader of SEND (SENDCo) to join our Greswold family. You would be expected to be an integral member of the proactive senior leadership team demonstrating significant impact on the strategic direction of the school under the direction of the Headteacher and Inclusion Lead/Deputy Headteacher. While being part of our large staff team of teachers and teaching assistants, you will also take responsibility for the performance management of two inclusion teachers and oversee a team of talented learning support assistants. The role is non-class based but is likely to have a 0.1FTE PPA commitment; equivalent to one afternoon a week.
