SENCO and class teacher and TLR job summary
We are looking for a SENCO who:
• has the children and their best interests at the heart of everything they do
• has an excellent understanding of teaching, learning and assessment and is an exceptional classroom practitioner, leading by example
• has the resilience, self-motivation and enthusiasm to work with the head teacher and SLT to continue to provide the very best for all children including children with SEND
• Has strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• has good interpersonal skills and the ability work effectively as part of a team and also work well with a range of outside agencies
