Salary:           Grade 15, Points 3 – 4 (£9.62 - £9.81 per hour)

Hours:            37 hours per week, term time only

Reports to:   School SENCo’s and Executive Lead for Inclusion

The Oak Partnership Trust is a young local Trust made up of three Primary schools and one all through Special School in and around Taunton, Somerset.

As part of our plans to develop and promote inclusion within our mainstream Primary schools we have an exciting new role in our Inclusion Team for someone to support the SENCo’s with confidential, effective, efficient and flexible administration.

We are looking for someone who is committed to inclusive practice and is motivated and driven to support every child to succeed through their ‘behind the scenes’ work.

Attendance at meetings with families and other stakeholders will be undertaken regularly along with usual office routines of inputting, updating and retrieving a range of both paper and electronic files.

Attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to work independently are essential along with an empathetic understanding of Special Educational Needs.

The hours are full time but this could be negotiable for the right candidate and the role is term time only.
