What skills and experience we're looking for

West Hill Primary Academy are looking to appoint a dedicated and highly motivated SENCO Assistant toProvide administrative and organisational support to our SENCO, on a fixed term contract until 31st August 2025.

This role is for 32.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm, term time only. The salary is based on Kent Range 4 £23,338 full time equivalent, an actual pro-rata salary of £17,333.72.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills. They must be reliable enthusiastic, organised, pro-active and a multi-tasker who enjoys all aspects of administrative work.

The successful candidate will:

  • have excellent verbal communication skills
  • be able to work independently and within a team
  • have the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • have excellent communication and administrative skills
  • be confident in the use of IT with a good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
