What skills and experience we're looking for
The SENCo we are looking for to be part of the Badgemore team will be:
- An outstanding teaching practitioner with high expectations of pupils
- Able to implement our SEN Policy and assist in determining the strategic development of provision in our school
- In possession of excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and agencies
- Committed to providing a holistic approach to teaching
- Able to make a significant contribution to our caring, vibrant community school
