What skills and experience we're looking for

The SENCo we are looking for to be part of the Badgemore team will be:

• An outstanding teaching practitioner with high expectations of pupils
• Able to implement our SEN Policy and assist in determining the strategic development of provision in our school
• In possession of excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and agencies
• Committed to providing a holistic approach to teaching
• Able to make a significant contribution to our caring, vibrant community school
