SENCO job summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of the strategic direction of the SEN work, co-ordinating effective provision for pupils with SEN and managing resources.

You will be responsible for managing staff in the Nurture team and Teaching Assistants as appropriate and other relevant teaching and non-teaching personnel associated with the subject.
