What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who:
Has high expectations for safeguarding the welfare of all children and young people.
Is passionate and knowledgeable about outstanding SEND provision.
Has relevant SEND Qualifications or successful experience as SENDCo.
Can work effectively with children, staff, families, governors and the wider community.
Upholds high personal and professional standards.
Has a sense of purpose and fun!
