 Has high expectations for safeguarding the welfare of all children and young people.

 Is passionate and knowledgeable about outstanding SEND provision.

 Has relevant SEND Qualifications or successful experience as SENDCo.

 Can work effectively with children, staff, families, governors and the wider community.

 Upholds high personal and professional standards.

 Has a sense of purpose and fun!
