What skills and experience we're looking for
- With expertise in SEN, who is organised and has a good knowledge and
understanding of compliance around SEN
- With the ability to plan and work strategically to ensure the right provision is in place for our pupils
- Who has excellent communication skills and able to establish good relationships with pupils, staff and parents

Groombridge St Thomas is a one form entry primary school situated just inside East Sussex, on the Kent/East Sussex border and a few miles from Tunbridge Wells.
We are a happy school with positive, friendly, highly motivated and hardworking pupils and staff. Our school enjoys strong partnerships with parents, governors and the local community providing a creative, broad and balanced curriculum including Forest Schools and many extra-curricular clubs. We provide specialist teaching in French, music and PE and also hold the Gold Sports mark award.
