SENCo job summary

We wish to recruit a caring, enthusiastic and organised person to support and inspire our children and staff in the role as SENCo.

The successful candidate will be passionate about inclusion and improving outcomes for children with special educational needs and share our commitment to ensuring that all our young people are fully prepared and supported for the next phase in their education.

The key task of the SENCo is to ensure that Disability and Special Educational Needs (SEND) provision is both efficiently and effectively managed.
